Stayed here last night whilst on business in London. Nice reception area and friendly/welcoming reception staff. Stayed here for 4 nights in May 2013. The room itself is quite basic. It's small, but nothing unusual for London standards, although it didn't even have a closet (but it did have a safe). Another stay in a Viceroy room at the Corus and the only slight issues were the length of time the shower had to run before it ran hot and the mattress was extremely soft. However this did not detract from a good night’s sleep in a very quiet room.

Stayed with a group of friends and got a great deal through travel zoo although receptionist was rather sarcastic rest of staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms rather small but lovely view over Hyde park. Make sure you get breakfast included otherwise you'll be charged around £19/20!

Great location, beside Hyde Park and close to Tube station with 24 hours buses. This is London and rooms will be small even if one will to fork out more than £200 or even £300 a night. Tiny cramped rooms and even tinier cramped bathroom. Would have been better on putting in a decent shower than a bath you can barely sit in let alone lie down in. Air con very loud. Spent 2 nights in this hotel in a very small, cramped twin room with a friend. Very loud AC in room and terrible view of the bins, however, location is excellent, 2 mins from Hyde Park, 10 mins walk from Oxford Street. Reasonably priced and clean.
