Recently stayed for a Friday and Saturday night. The staff were great, friendly and helpful from reception to breakfast. Easy to get to on the tube with great shopping near by. I will be back! More

Single room occupancy is very misleading. It's really half room with very narrow bed, like a sklep. When I complained and ask for normal bed I had 10 min conversation for £25 up charge. They have no idea what customer service is. Totally spoiled experience and I would never recommend to my friends. More
