Have reluctantly used this hotel lots over the last few years for business stays in London, booking it through the equally incompetent business travel agents Redfern. Arrived tonight to be advised that they didn't have the 'guaranteed' room my company had already paid for. The receptionist didn't know what to do, and as I didn't have Internet access, I spent... I stayed at this hotel for one night on buisness. The room was very small. The bathroom was tiny, no room to even put toiletries anywhere. For the cost of the hotel, there are much better options close by, such as the Premier Inn or the Holiday Inn. More

I picked the hotel because it was reasonably priced and in a central location - not easy to find in London. The mistake was probably asking for a room which did not overlook the road in front, which I knew to be very busy. The room was very small - cat-swinging not an option - and the shower-only bathroom was... More

A very nice centrally located hotel in between Russell Square and Kings Cross Station. Service is great and the rooms well appointed - looks like they have been refurbished recently. The bathroom was surprisingly large for a central London hotel. Breakfast was included and had a great selection. A great friendly hotel for business or lesiure travellers. As I was... More

Lovely modern hotel near euston station and 10 min walk to st pancras and kings cross stations so really good location for travel in and out and within london. Service excellent, price very reasonable for London and the breakfast! Which was included in room rate, is great as is the coffee. Only one problem and that is the same for... More

We stayed in this hotel as part of a train, hotel and theatre break deal with Trainline. Great location and 5 minutes walk to Euston staton/ underground. The room was very clean with a good sized double bed and great wet room. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was on a bed and continental breakfast deal however... More

I stayed here for a business trip. It was a pleasant surprise as so many central London hotels are indifferent. The check in was friendly. My room was OK unless you wanted to spend any time in it. Small but well formed would be a good description as it appeared to have what you wanted in a compact setting. The... More

My husband and I stayed overnight on 13 April. Room was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very nice, although there was a rather annoying couple of very loud guys in there, but that wasn't the hotel/restaurant's fault. Food was good, although they had run out of one of the things we tried to order... More

We stayed on a DBBB offer with secret escapes to go to a gig at Scala for my birthday. Overall impressed and pleasantly surprised. Walking distance from kings cross. Room good size by London standards, have stayed in some much smaller rooms at big named hotels! Bed was huge, comfy and 6 pillows, no complaints here!! Complementary water, magazines, bathrobes...
