We had a room in the basement, and so i smelt. The room was small, and the bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen. The standard was bad. It was really a new experience, the worst hotelroom ever. I will not recomend this hotel to anyone. More

Our room was in the basement so there was no view and no light, even when the sun was up. The standard of the room was really bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. More

Positives - AWESOME LOCATION. Located just behind Bayswater main strip.2 minute walk from underground and shops. Negatives - Where do I start? The staff are rude and no help, the hallways are tiny, decor is old and smell of cigarette smoke is constant. I ordered a car to take me to the airport and the staff booked it incorrectly. Instead... Not all impressed. Starting with the positives, it's within 100 yards of a tube station (Bayswater). Other than that I can't think of any else to reccomend . The room had a stale odour of smoke and the full English breakfast was rather dried up. Won't stay again More

There is no heater in the room and the walkway is very small. The worst thing is that they don't even have a tea spoon! But the deluxe room is nice in term of decoration and it is clean. More

Had booked a room in this hotel through Late Rooms based on location only. The location couldn't be better, 2 minute walk from both Circle and District line tube stations. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival, no idea why but it was a fantatic unexpected bonus as we had read that the regular rooms we a little on... More

Stayed in single room. Receptionist could not have cared less. Pointed at a door and said 'follow the signs to your room'. Ok here we go throught the door, up some stairs, down some stairs, left at the fire door down some more stairs then around a corner and down some stairs (past the spare beds propped against a wall... This hotel is a complete joke to put it lightly. What you see is not at all what you get! Don't let them trick you! First, I was traveling with four people the first two got there before my mother and I. Their first room was #63 which smelled like urine, was too small to fit them and their luggage... More

We had booked in advance only to find out on arrival that I had got it all wrong. Reception was very friendly and found a room to stay for one night, with the option to stay there all three nights. Turns out that this suite was very noisy from air conditioning noises, so we opted for a change of rooms... More

After reading the reviews we had great expectations of this hotel, but it did not live up to them. The common areas where very nice, but as you ventured towards the rooms the typical London hotel appeared. Lots of stairs, long narrow hallways with paper thin walls and doors. Soundproof – Nah!!! Tiny rooms with nothing more than bare necessities,... More
