For what we paid for this hotel room - it was dissappointing. All glitz no substance. The check-in queue was large - the staff were very friendly and offerred an upgrade which wasn't really an upgrade because they were full and moving people to smoking rooms (which was awful). We couldn't sleep due to the awful cigarette smoke smell. More

If you are looking for good service, good standards, rooms larger than normal, good restaurants, good gym and leisure facilities, good bar in a very good location just off hyde park then look no further. Pros: - good location (across from Hyde Park and fairly close to the Marble Arch tube station) - VERY quiet hotel.
