Got a voucher for afternoon tea so took my friend for a joint birthday treat. Disappointed with the service, waited ages to be seated into a crowded area. Our tea/coffee order wasn't taken for ages and the cocktails were not served as promised. Sandwiches seemed to have sat out as they were very dry. Wouldn't go again.
