We chose the Sofitel St. James as our base for our family trip in London. Being seven people, three rooms and quite noisy, we were amazed by the friendliness of the staff, the great location, and the perfect setting. The rooms were big, clean and well equipped. It helps if you speak French, but all in all a perfect stay. More

We have stayed in many 5* hotels but this was by far the best! The service was spot on and I am hard to please. The rooms are very clean & comfortable. I spent the week in London on business before being joined by family (wife and 3 daughters, 13, 10 and 10) for the weekend. The transition from an efficient, stylish business hotel into a family friendly treat was seemless. Special mention to the friendliness of the staff, particularly breakfast in the Balcon restaurant.
