Very clean, good price, good food. Room was excellent considering 3 people in it. Room opened out onto a garden area. Excellent Value for £50 per head. More

For £70 a night this is a really good find for 5 mins from Kings Cross station. The room was not huge, but not problem small, everything was clean and a few small pack of biscuits is always appreciated. No complaints and the best of several hotels I have tried in this area. More

Clean, basic rooms for close to budget price. Location a little further from Kings ross than other budget hotels in the area. Breakfast was very basic, only cold croissant and some toasts but the coffee was excellent. If it was £20 cheaper it would be great. More
