Having booked a last minute single room and being upgraded to a double was a nice surprise! The room, the bathroom and the bed linen were very clean. The furnishing and decoration were recently done, giving the hotel a fresh and modern look. I would book it again!

Booked with trepidation having found myself in some hotels which did not meet description or expectations. Sapphire was great and exceeded expectations. Good-sized clean room with en suite where everything worked. Served a substantial breakfast by friendly staff. I would have no problem in booking this hotel again. Close to station, Westfield shopping centre and Shepherd's Bush Empire.

This an OK hotel in its price range but the "double" room which my wife and I booked was actually the size of a single room and had a narrow "double" bed pushed up against a wall (with a radiator on it). excellent service. very friendly and helpful staff. would definitely recommend this hotel and will be re-booking to stay again. The breakfast was good and the furnishings were clean and modern. The location is excellent, everything is accessible, which is something i didn't realise at the time of booking so was an added bonus!!

Very quick check-in, friendly and helpful staff, good food, location. Excellent location for Shepherds Bush rail station and close proximity to Westfield Shopping Centre. Value for money was great, Will come back for sure.

Nice clean hotel close to close to bus, rail, & tube. Westfield shopping centre a short walk away. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Staff polite and helpfull. The en-suite was small but with a very good shower by most hotel standards. I would stay there again

That's gonna be better to find more comfortable beds, meant harder. Windows facing street, I'd love to find with better performance against noise. Generally very nice stay, with professional service .
