Although this hotel does not have air conditioning and this was known at the time of booking, it is to warm in the room unless you open the window. Breakfast was a disappointment. Location, venue and staff were all excellent - I am disabled and the staff really went out of their way to ensure I had all the assistance I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, disabled or not.

Have stayed here on previous occasions and we would highly recommend this hotel. Great walks along the Thames only minutes from the hotel with plenty of places to stop and enjoy good food and drinks to suit all pockets. Plenty of cultural experiences close by including St Paul's Cathedral.

Very nice hotel near the tubestation "London Bridge". The rooms are big and clean. Gym - small, but new. WIFI - it is a shame it only is free in the lobby. Breakfast, small buffet and a cue between 9-10 am.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Very clean rooms with everything we needed. The bar prices were very good, less than we pay in australia for an upmarket hotel. The Hotel was clean and offered a good breakfast. Arriving at 11 pm, the bar was closed and not any hot food available. Room was comfortable. Self check in was slow and laborious at 11pm ! Breakfast was good but very noisy. Families on a Thursday morning. Would stay again but only if other favourites were not available.
