Alright place to put your head down!!! Next to aldgate east tube station. Easy check in and out!! Tried to order room service and waited at reception for 10 minutes where I was sent to the bar. I waited there and got sent back to reception...... Gave up in the end so can't comment on the food.

Stayed for a week. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The staff is very kind and friendly. But they find themselves apologizing contantly. Ibis London City Hotel is an excellent choice when travelling to London either for Business or for Leisure. The facilities are excellent, the location very convenient and personnel quite helpful and professional.

Friendly staff with clean comfortable rooms. One minute walk to district line tube, six stops and your at Temple two minutes walk from Covent garden and lots of theatres, restaurants etc. nice bar area to relax after a long day.

Although difficult to find it was worth the extra 15 minutes wandering around looking for it! We even directed some Aussies as they couldn't find it. Helpful staff, clean rooms, good lifts, close to Spitalfield Market and the area.

I stay at the IBIS quite often. Next to Petticoat Lane you get the best of old and new London. Clean basic rooms, friendly staff. Lively bar. Good reliable chain. Spitalfields and Brick Lane just a few minutes walk away so great food options. Breakfast not very nice but plenty of cafes and bigger chains near. Recommended.
