Stayed in a single room with shared facilities for a weekend. Nothing fancy, small room but very decent, clean, hairdryer and kettle available. Amazing location. Very good breakfast, choices of traditional cooked English breakfast as well as cereals, fruit, toasts, etc. Everyone I dealt with in the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. Stayed in a Quad room for 3 nights with 3 other people during our stay in London.
