We stayed for four days. The room was small but very clean, warm with spotless ensuite bathroom. It is well located one block from Goodge St tube (Northern line) and Russell Square (Picadilly line). 10 minute walk from Euston station. Close to British Museum. Two tube stops to the theatres at Leicester Square. We walked to Covent Garden. The staff... More

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights recently, and the accomodations and staff could not have been better. Beds comfy, room quiet, breakfast grand, and services outstanding. Would recommend highly! More

My friends & I visit London often and usually stay in one of the bigger hotels so this was our first experience of a traditional B&B - we were all impressed and would be happy to stay here again! We had a triple-ensuite room on the second floor which provided plenty of space for us three girls & all our... More

Stayed in a single room with shared facilities for a weekend. Nothing fancy, small room but very decent, clean, hairdryer and kettle available. Amazing location. Very good breakfast, choices of traditional cooked English breakfast as well as cereals, fruit, toasts, etc. Everyone I dealt with in the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. Internet connection available. Will definitely come back. More

It was my third stay at the Jesmond Hotel and again I was not disappointed. We had the room on the ground floor facing the street. The noise from the road was not as loud as feared and even the returning residents opening and closing the two doors didn’t prevent us from a good night’s sleep. Although lying in was... More

Well I normally stay at the Ridgemount Hotel next door but for the second time I chose the Jesmond. It is considerably better than the Ridgemount and the prices are now the same. There is no penny pinching here at the Jesmond unlike at the Ridgemount. The rooms are more comfortable and the roofs are higher. You get a little... More

I stayed here three nights for business in London. At first I was disappointed at the tiny size of a single room, but for £50 in an expensive part of this city, what else could I expect? It was clean, the staff were always exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was better than many cheap places (e.g reasonable filter... More

Among all the hotels in Gower Street this one's not the best one, but it's not bad at all. The price for a double is the same as all the other ones; good location, friendly and helpful staff. Small rooms with everything though, full English breakfast included and wi-fi. If you have sleeping/back problems avoid this one: their mattresses are... More

Stayed in a Quad room for 3 nights with 3 other people during our stay in London. Room was satisfactory (small bathroom though as expected in Europe), Breakfast very nice and filling and staff were exceptional in all aspects. Close to transport and in a nice area of London. Would stay again if in London. Overall a pleasant stay. More

My husband and I stayed at the Jesmond for 4 nights. Location is great - 2 minuets from Goodge st. Station, 10 min walk to Oxford st and buses just In front of the hotel. We have arrived in the middle of the night, and although we were worried, there was someone waiting for us with the keys - no... More
