We booked this hotel on-line as we had had a previous excellent expereince with a Premier Inn. The price for one night at a bank holiday was very good value. The room was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was most enjoyable and varied. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We will most certainly use this chain of hotels in the future.

This is a great hotel, that offers excellent value for money with great customer service and a good breakfast! I would say that it gives much more better value than a nearby expensive boutique hotel, which actually cost more for 1 night, than my 3 nights at Kew. I will be staying here again!

A very pleasant suprise for the amount of money that we paid (£19). Capped off a great day as we went to see Kew gardens for the day and within a few minutes we were in the hotel. There is a supermarket nearby and a great Thames path walk if you feel like like a stroll right behind you

The staff were very friendly and attentive,keen to please,nothing was too much trouble. Great place to stay in London without paying Central London prices. About 15 mins walk to Kew Bridge mainline station (or 5min bus ride) with regular service into Waterloo. Easy to get in and out if town. Kew Gardens, Syon Park near by.

Good hotel. huge comfortable double bed (mind the little dip in the middle). Although fairly near heathrow, rooms nice and quiet. Premier Inn Kew went the extra mile for those things that are important to me; quality bed, quality shower and quality breakfast - all first class for the money. All staff were helpful, friendly and on hand throughout the duration of our stay.
