We have stayed here twice now. It is a modern hotel with excellent transport links - DLR and Jubilee are only minutes away. Staff pleasant and rooms clean. Nice location 3-4 minutes from the tube. Most bankers less the 10 minutes away. I got upgraded and had a nice room with lounge.
