My third stay at Chelsea cloisters, the lettings staff, cleaners, front of house are always so friendly and accommodating. There is some variation on the standard of the rooms but they are all clean and everything works. It's a great place if you're in London per a week as you can eat in and do your own washing. It's great... More

Great location near Kings Rd & Bibendum, with lots of quirky shops nearby. The room was large but the original windows do not close properly, which meant the room was very noisy when the football celebrations started. Lots of paint peeling, small bathroom, poor furniture. More

Booked via booking.com Apartment was not what we thought. 2 couples, 1 double room, 1 single room and the lounge had a bed settee made up for us. 2 chairs at the table was the only seating. However it was clean. Because they had had a big party in the day before the room was not available at 2pm so we... More

My wife and I truly enjoyed our 2 week break in london thanks to the conscientious staff, and homely apartment me had on the sixth floor.. Yes it was a little bit dated, but very clean, bright and well maintained. I will stay again without any hesitation More

we chose these apartments for their proximity to Cadogan Hall, to attend concert with National Children's Orchestra, but to call them luxury was an exaggeration. The kitchen was decidly scruffy, with rust on the bottom of the fridge, and worn out units - the bathroom fittings were ancient, and looked as though thet would not clean. my folding bed had... More

I stayed using booking.com, and had a good stay last year. This year I booked direct.. They gave me the exact apartment I had seen last time... The folk who work in the office there are all charming, they sent a couple of faxes on my behalf and were more than happy to help me out with reservations an printed... More

I tend to go for hotels normally but I had to be in London for 3 weeks and wanted somewhere self contained. It was very convenient having the kitchen and washing machine in the apartment. Almost like a ready-to-use home. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, and the linen and towels all included. Very easy to use... More

I stayed here with two daughters on a shopping trip to London. It was clean and comfortable and adjacent to the area where we had bridal appointments. Cheap and cheerful with self catering facilities and a fridge to chill our welcome champagne after a hectic day. More

The studio apartments are small, but quite cute... Nice that it had a seperate kitchen rather than a cupboard style kitchen like in some other places... The staff are very accommodating, the manager introduced himself and gave me his contact number since we were staying for 2 weeks... The position is ideal... Many nice local restaurants. Gaucho, Daphne's and itsu... More

Firstly I need to point out I never got as far as staying here- so can't comment on the decor. However... I am a well seasoned traveller who stays in London weekly and was due to be down to visit friend with my wife and 5 month old baby. I thought I would book this place to check out what... More
