Overall good experience. Clean, neat and comfortable with a very helpful staff. Had a short weekend stay that was reasonably priced and enjoyable. Close to many sites and the underground. Many of the rooms are lacking in views, but if you are looking for a good sleep & base for exploration, then this hotel fits the bill.

Avoid at all costs, the Afternoon Tea, very short measures for price even if offered as a gift. Staff very friendly but you could feel their embarrassment at what they were being asked to serve. Pay less and get more at other London venues!
