I stayed here for 4-nights while in London at a course. I have a number of issues with this hotel: 1. I arrived late and was given a twin rather than the king size double that I had booked and paid for in advance; 2. I had food in the bar and the size of the portions reputedly served as... More

Stayed here for two nights over the weekend. We had a super room on 6th floor which had all sorts of technology (but the wi-fi did not reach the 6th floor, disappointingly) a big comfy bed and large bathroom with shower and bath. Everything in the hotel seemed clean and staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was the usual choice... More

We received a warm welcome by reception staff and ckeck in was smooth. We were allocated room 615 with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was excellent is size with a seperate lounge and bedroom. Plus the bathroom was huge. The bed was comfortable and did not roll into the middle like some hotels we have stayed with.... More

Fab hotel. The room was great. But the wow factor for me was the bathroom. Massive deep bath and also a walk in wet room. It was beautiful. Only faults were had a broken remote in the room so didn't get the movie channel we were entitled to. We did ask but the lady didn't speak much English so didn't... More

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for taking the time to recommend our hotel. It is great to hear that you had such an enjoyable stay. Because of our location being a little further out from central London, as you mentioned, this does allow us to provide that extra luxury, not only in the public areas, but with extra space... More

This hotel is in a great location to visit the docks and the O2- we stayed here after a concert there. It is easy to get there on public transport and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the room- clean, massive bed and good facilities. There is free wifi too (I never understand how hotels can justifying... More

I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip in May. Unless you have business in the Docks area, this is a hotel to avoid. 1. Comfort and cleanliness: low. Beds like futons; pillows like styrofoam; carpets and floors in the halls are not well-cleaned. Industrial smells in hallways. Overall quality is well below Hilton Garden Inn. the "Luxury"... More

Made to feel extremely welcome by all members of staff. The hotel was very clean and tidy and even received a phone call from a member of staff making sure we were happy with our room. The room was spacious and the bathroom was a simialr size. Views over the Thames...... Perfect. Would definately stay again when visting London. More
