I was on a business trip for a night, swiftly checked in by the front desk staff got an early check in. Very friendly staff. Transport links are great, Lancaster Gate tube station, a few minutes walk and the bus stop just across the road. An excellent stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.The staff was helpful and courteous.
