This is a spotlessly clean B&B in a quiet road but close enough to the centre of Norwich to walk in. We received a really warm welcome. The house is very interesting and our bedroom was delightful with a chaise long to relax on. The breakfast was wonderful - a great choice and well cooked. If you are interested in... More

Fabulous hospitality, sumptious organic breakfasts, and wonderfully comfortable, scrupulously clean room - add on top of all that a relaxing restoring massage and Ian truely deserves 5 stars! Although I am not vegetarian, organically obsessed and don't worry too much about my carbon footprint, I felt very much at home and was warmly welcomed ... I may take more note... More

This is a delightful palce to stay - near enough to the city, but also far enough away too. It is in a quiet road, near a main entrance to the city - so is easy to find. Ian is cordial and welcoming - interested without being nosey, and he is happy to ensure that all is as it should... More

This is an excellent b & b. Ian is a very welcoming proprietor. The choice of food available for breakfast is superb and the service is tailored to the individual. Our room was quite small but made very good use of space, was comfortable, pleasantly furnished and had very good own bathroom. The whole house is tastefully decorated with pictures.... More

Number 15 is a fully paid up Green B&B. So if you want an environmentally conscious stay you have found the right place. Comfortable, quiet, very good vegetarian food. The Organic Canadian maple syrup from Waitrose (where else?) was excellent on my porridge with grains which was also superb. The scrambled eggs done EXACTLY as requested and I am fussy... More

Number 15 is a charming Victorian house in a lovely tree-lined street. In my room I had a comfy chaise longue where I could sit and read and look out of the window - very relaxing and peaceful. The breakfasts were delicious and very generous and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will definitely be back. More

A truly excellent b&b. Good, comfortable, quiet room in a very well-presented b&b. Helpful, but unintrusive host. Wide variety of options for breakfast. An easy 20 minute walk to the city centre and taxis are easily available for the journey back at the end of an evening if the walk seems too far. It's nice to stay somewhere where the... More

Stayed here for two nights in the front room with an ensuite shower. Incredibly relaxing surrounds and made an excellent base for a holiday in Norwich! Only a short walk into town (took us 20mins to walk in) and Ian was very helpful with all our questions and provided us with delicious breakfasts. Will be recommending to any friends or... More
