We have recently had a fabulous three night stay at The Leeway. The "cook" room was large, clean and well equipped. Breakfasts ( Yorkshire produce ) are delicious and set you up for the day. Karen and Gary were very welcoming and helpful. If you are staying in Whitby then it's got to be The Leeway.

Another great stay at the Leeway. They make breakfast especially good, with different choices of fresh fruit salads to accompany their locally produced traditional menus. We have stayed in Whitby many times over the last ten years and I think it's fair to say that The Leeway now tops our list of where to stay. We were made to feel extremely welcome and we will certainly be staying there again.

Arrived after parking in free on-street parking right outside. we liked this b and b, we would definitely stay again. the rooms are really nice, like a posh hotel room- loved that soft carpet too! their fancy coffee maker beats the usual kettle too the breakfast is different every day; this we really liked, and makes a big difference- who wants fry ups every day for days on end?!...
