The hotel has an old-fashioned take on service - which is a bonus these days, yet in all other respects the hotel is up-to-date. Room fine, location excellent (so close to the Minster and the old city walls), restaurant menus great. Highly recommended! More

Stayed at The Churchil l in April 2012 Friday and Saturday nights for my sons wedding in York. The bedroom was spotless, beds very comfortable, could not fault anythung in the room at all.
