The hotel is generally clean (though the room cleaning was not perfect), the staff efficient but overall they are just too concerned about getting your money - looking to pre-charge me £50 on my credit card for extras, demanding an exhorbitant fee for use of the internet and charging extra for an expensive and unexciting breakfast.
