Stayed here for 2 nights. 10 minutes walk to the City centre. The rooms were ok, the double bed not very big, plenty of Tea, coffee and Hot chocolate. Lovely clean rooms. About 10-15 minute walk to town centre. We had a four poster bed with ensuite. Lovely room but bed very unstable so every time we moved in bed it creaked and banged lol. Breakfast was lovely. Had iPod docking station alarm click in room. Lovely place

Excellent B&B. Great location - really close to city centre. Comfortable warm rooms. Bathroom in room 1 is very small, but does the job. Bathroom in room 4 is fabulous! Host is a friendly and friendly and polite chap. Breakfast superb. Would definitely stay again.

Although the bed linen was clean and the bed was comfortable the decor throughout is shabby and needs updating. The windows were filthy and the corners could do with a good clean. We stayed three nights here , very nice, clean, comfortable and good breakfasts. Our host Ken was very accomodating and provided very helpful advice regards planning our stay/ travels in Yorkshire. We would reccomend this place and return if we had the opportunity
