Near the centre of the city, although the street has seen better days. Comfortable room, couldn't really hear the trains. Excellent range of food for breakfast, but cooked breakfasts were greasy. We would not stay there again. More

I booked a room for my brother, who was joining us from London for a few days. We stayed around the corner at another B & B. He was blown away by the breakfast and felt very well taken care of. More

This is the second time my husand and I have stayed at No. 23 and it certainly won't be the last. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts we enjoyed were delicious. Julie and Chris are wonderful hosts and both made us feel welcome and looked after us in fine fashion. More

We had a very happy Easter weekend staying at 23 St Mary's. We were warmly welcomed. We had very tasteful and comfortable rooms on the top floor. We had an excellent choice at breakfast. We would certainly like to stay here again. More

My husband took me to this lovely Hotel for my 40th, its simply delightful, close to the town centre but far enough away from the hustle and bustle for a peacful stay. The cooked breakfasts are to die for and I will be working them off until Im 50! More
