Lovely Bed and Breakfast close to the centre of York. Rooms basic but everything you need in them, en suite very nice although small. Breakfast lovely, good choice. Keith is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of York. More

This B&B is in a fabulous location for seeing the sights of York. Ample parking oustide with residents parking card provided by the B&B owner. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful in answering the numerous questions we had in terms of seeing York. we ejoyed our second stay at the ambleside b+b keith is the host with the most he is so polite and so helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean the breakfast is very satisfactory,thelocation is excellant just a few hundred yards away everything you need to see in York. we would recommend this place to anyone. jimmyand sylvia More
