We stayed one night. All staff were 1st class,especially in the restaurant. Highly recommended and will return. We booked through expedia .com . Everything ran smoothly and no complaints. Would recommend high floors as at weekends you can be subject to noise from revellers from the streets below.

We went via late rooms.com as our previous hotel was cancelled on us. This hotel was lovely and the staff were very pleasant. Large spacious room, clean and tidy with all facilities you need. Would recommend and stay again.

I stayed here for about a week, and found it to be very pleasant, clean room and bathroom, pleasant and helpful staff, and a great breakfast, all you can eat for GBP 5.95. The WiFi was free and fast, around 13/1 MB. The location is close to everything in the City Centre. Highly recommended! I will be back.

Stayed three nights. Friendly and efficient staff. Room and bathroom were both clean. Good value with free wi-if. Decent choice for breakfast albeit a tad basic. Very convenient on-site parking but need to book in advance. Good central location.

I stayed here for 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend. The room was to a good standard and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly and delivered an excellent service. Breakfast was very good and the waiting staff were very efficient. Would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and have no hesitation to return for another break.

We stayed here for one night over the bank holiday weekend, the room was very spacious and air conditioning which worked! the room was in the middle of town but was very quiet! we parked at Arndale NCP, which has cheap weekend rates, we paid £5.50 for 24hr parking!! the only downside was they only had instant coffee for breakfast!

Staff very pleasant and helpful, big, spotlessly clean room with huge (and very comfortable) bed and all usual facilities.
