Just returned from a one night stay at the Belfry. Room, dinner and breakfast were all A1. The real asset is the customer service. All the staff were fantastic - so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to the front desk and to Maddie in the Spa.

We were there for two nights as part of a wedding party. Our room was suitable for the disabled although neither of us are disabled and we did not request a disabled room. This meant the room was spacious with room for a wheel chair at both sides of the bed and a bathroom as large as some hotel bedrooms....

The hotel is well decorated in all areas and very impressive, especially the restaurant which looks outstanding.
All the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they cannot be faulted. Even if you pass someone in the corridor, they were very polite and said hello.

Overall I would recommend this hotel - we stayed in a QStar Room which was big with a King Size bed that was very comfortable. Really excellent hotel!!! Lovely and caring staff, spotless, good size of rooms, rooms are isolated from noise, fantastic recreation facilities. Modern and well equipped conference centre. Lovely and sophisticated food. So really very very very good place to stay. The only minor thing is ... size of food portions ... rather tiny.

After visiting this hotel prior to booking it was decided that it would be suitable for a 50th birthday weekend. Just off J26 of M1 on edge of industrial estate but once inside soon forgot location.
