I really like staying in old character Hotels and have to give allowances to decor etc. But must say that The Fox is in need of some T.L.C. The bedroom No 3 was comfortable enough and as it was situated in the back there was no road noise. Breakfast was average, tea was cold and the waitresses were quite scruffy.... More

Had great 3 night stay, lovely rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Went on a KGB deal so excellent value for money. Great location for visiting all the well known villages in the Cotswolds and Chipping Norton has plenty of amenities too . Nice pubs, shops and places to eat.

My wife and I stayed at The Fox as we had been invited to a party. What a wonderful stay! Great food, comfortable beds great showers. Biggest surprise? Reasonably priced Real Ale. Almost unheard of in The Cotswolds. Many thanks to John and his staff Dave & Margaret (Shropshire)
