“Worn out & overpriced but it does have the location!”

I stayed at the IBIS Reading Hotel one night on a business trip. It's main plus point is the location, close to the city centre and more tempting. “Extremely rude receptionist”

Our one memory of this hotel would be the extremely rude front desk staff. We arrived at 9.30pm with our 3 year old after 6 hour train driver. Brilliant location, littery a 2 minute walk from the train station. Room wasn't too bad, tv very limited it did have Sky1 so that was a nice bonus. This is a typical Ibis hotel, good value. Very close to the Railway station and town centre. Staff were reasonably friendly and helpful. Nothing remarkable, which is the way I like my hotels. More
