The soup arrived cold, the 'wedges' were scarcely defrosted, the rolls obviously out of a freezer. stayed here for a birthday treat and weekend away. the hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by gorgeous grounds and great views. the rooms are very individually decorated which i really liked the bed was sooo comfy i had a cracking nights sleep. staff very helpful and friendly also breakfast very good would definitely stay here again!
