We stayed in a "luxury yurt" for the weekend of Carfest north last year. The interior of the tent was nothing like that shown/described on their website. The beds consisted of rock hard futons on the floor, there was no electricity or heating. Lighting consisted of a single battery powered led lantern, luckily we had our own headtorches. It was... I spent a wonderful week in the country with the Pop Up team - who made the experience absolutely exceptional! The tents were stunning - clean and sumptuous - and really spacious. I was amazed by the lovely furniture in there which created a pop up room that was designed so well, so tastefully. It wasn't just the tent -... More

WOW, what can I say,... we stayed here for Glastonbury 2011 (A wet one!) On arrival we were assisted in our unpacking by a couple of Gurkhas and shown our fab home from home for a couple of days.. The tent was perfect, and 3 of us even managed to find our own space within. The erected 'chill out' area... More

I am shocked by a couple of these reviews because we couldn't disagree more with the negative feedback! We stayed with Pop Up at their site near Rock...It was a huge space in an unspoilt location with a kind of Colonial elegance and chic country style. The cute kids tents were a fabulous addition! There was a real family atmosphere,... More

What an experience! I have been to Goodwood Revival and camped before but this surpassed all my expectations. The cost was a bit more than I expected but worth every single penny. We were "glamped" in a great location near the track with chauffeured transport to the site. Very comfortable and luxurious tents and decor inside with a full "hotel"... More

Posh Camping and Amazing Food is what we found.Could not beleive the Pop Up Team had put this together in the middle of a field overlooking Mr Whittingstall River Cottage HQ I could smell the cider.... We would venture out during the day but come back early evening as everyone would gather in the POP UP Bar Restaurant . I... More

Looks like we had an entirely different experience to other reviewers here. We stayed with The Pop Up Hotel at Car Fest earlier this year. Both my husband and I have great memories of camping when we were younger and were intrigued to see how camping crossed with hotel luxury could be. We were not disappointed! Our tent was wonderfully... More

I must admit I was very dubious about the whole "glamping" idea. I have spent a lot of time camping and farm camping over the years and have also stayed in some very nice hotels. I never saw the point in combining the two. My wife booked us in for three nights at the Pop Up Hotel at their River... More

We were really exited to be able to take part in what was described as the River cottage experience with the Pop Up Hotel especially when we were given the chance to stay over night. Surprised when our initial booking was then not available and we had to book the more expensive bell tent. Even more surprised when not all... More
