This was my first time staying in a B&B, and the bar has been set quite high! Everything was lovely. Ian and Ali were wonderful hosts and made me feel like a friend rather than just a guest. My room was a good size and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was so comfortable I didn't really want to get out of... More

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was warm and sunny, and we slept very well. There is a nice pub only a few minutes walk from the B&B, and there are also some shops close-by. Central Bath is only 5 minutes by car, and the bus stop is just opposite the pub. We only had a minor... More

We stayed at this excellent B&B on the 5th and 6th of April. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious and the large bed was really comfortable. Ali, our host, was very friendly and helpful and made a fab breakfast. We would definitely stay again and recommend this B&B to others.

Stayed for 1 night with my sister for a day trip to Bath and Stonehenge, The owner was very friendly and welcoming and even dropped us off at the pub as he was heading the same way as us. The Pub up the road is also very good and has delicious food. The room was large with comfortable beds and... More

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us and all we can say about the room temperature is that you were in the largest room we have and the heating had just come on when you arrived .The room you were in does take a bit longer to warm up than the other smaller rooms. You may have... More

We stayed here for one night over Easter 2013. On our arrival we entered the gate and as we were walking up the gravel path a fairly big dog came running towards us barking very loudly. This may not be a problem for many people, but since i am afraid of dogs, I was quiet scared and if it hadn't... More

Rufus is very sorry he frightened you but it was a lovely sunny day and he was in the garden with his owner at the back of the house where nearly all our guests arrive. This has a walled and gated entrance so this would never happen usually.
