We went for our first overnight visit to Bath back in February 2012, but because there is so much to see and do, we came back this May to finish seeing the rest of Bath and visit Longleat Safari Park. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was my girlfriend's first time camping and it was a good place to... More

This is a nice site and we had a lovely 4 night stay overall. There were a few things I feel could be improved but nothing major. The site is split into 3 areas, a tent field with no electric by the river, a tent field with mixed electric and non electric pitches and a caravan / motorhome area. In... More

I have stayed at the Newton Mill campsite twice in our tent. The sight is clean and well looked after, the facilities are very good. Bath city is within walking distance or a short bus ride away. More

A fantastic new year, generous hospitality which included a free buffet, bucks fizz and discounted wine. The staff are brilliant, the facilities very good and have just booked for a third stay. Reviews relating to previous owners should be deleted. All reviews since jan 2011 are good or excellent More

We stayed for a long weekend recently in our tent and can not have been happier. The facilities at the site where excellent. Showers and bathrooms very clean. We had paid for electric and forgotten our electric point and a member of staff gave us his to borrow which was excellent. The staff could not do enough to help you.... More

Lovely campsite set in beautiful countryside and close to Bath. We were in a campervan and found that the pitch was nice and level. We stayed for 5 nights and were more than happy with the facilities here and wish that we could have stayed for longer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn't get to test the... More

Great campsite with quality pitches, clean and modern facilities, a great bar with great food and most importantly, friendly helpful staff. Lovely walks around the site and close to public transport links into Bath. Will definitely be coming back More

We stayed at the start of October and was abit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. We couldn't fault the place though! We were in a tent on a good, flat pitch and the large trees around the site sheltered us from the wind. The site was very well maintained, pub looked good and the shop has all that... More

A lovely relaxing place to stay. Spotless grounds and facitlites ok too. Basics can be bought in small on site shop. Great walks and cycle path direct into Bath or Bristol. Great restaurant nearby called the Boathouse, thoroughly recommend. More

A lovely campsite with great pitches. If you have a tent ask to be on a raised level pitch because they are very nice and overlook the whole campsite. The toilet and shower facilities are very clean and well looked after. There is a short walk to the bus stop (over the bridge and up the path) which is then a... More
