- Official Description (provided by the hotel):
- AA Five star B&B. Situated at the end of a tree-lined drive, this 17th Century Grade II listed farmhouse is secluded yet well-placed being 8 miles from the Georgian city of Bath and 8 miles from the historic city of Wells. The house has recently been refurbished to a high standard in neutral tones; it offers a calm and relaxing environment. Beds are dressed in pure cotton bed-linen and soft fluffy towels are provided for your comfort. Free wifi is also included. Set within a conservation area and overlooking 20 acres of Duchy land, the Old Farmhouse has private lawns and courtyard areas which guests are welcome to use. It also proffers a ‘taste of history’ as this House was built during the early years of the English Civil War.
