Room good with TV, sofa etc and bathroom looked clean but had a strange odour of stale urine which lingered throughout the stay. Perhaps a plumber is needed? The pedal bin in the bathroom also did not work as depressing the pedal failed to raise the lid.

I normally stay here when I go to Stoke. About 5 times in the last 2 years.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Alton Towers.
Checked in early evening after a wet day in Alton Towers. The staff were happy to tumble dry our coats and were very helpful. Room very nice and sofa bed was made up on arrival (unlike Travelodge).
