We have just got back from a weekend stay at Kiln Farm as we were attending a wedding at Haughley Park. There were four of us, we had rooms 2 & 8 which were very clean & comfortable, lovely soft towels, chocs, tea, coffee etc etc, even a water filter!!. Dave & Jan are the perfect hosts, on arrival we... More

I stayed at Kiln Farm for just over 9 months whilst working at a local food factory. This is the best B & B I have ever stayed, amde even better by the great hosts, Jan and Dave. Rooms are always clean and tidy, with good facilities, good beds and great showers. Some rooms also have baths if you prefer.... More

Lovely location in Suffolk, with plenty of activities nearby for the children. Food stunning (local produce!). I had a crayfish salad and the children got spoiled rotten. Lots of place for the children to run around and our family rooms with a bathroom were private and functional. Welcoming family run place.

We booked in at Kiln Farm as we were attending my sisters 25th Wedding Anniversary in Elmswell. We could not have done better. The service and attentiveness by Dave & Jan is second to none. The rooms are very homely, clean and more "extra's" than you can imagine. Then to top it we asked for an evening meal and it... More

We arrived early afternoon to be welcomed by Dave, shown our room and then treated to tea and cakes. The double room was lovely, with its own kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Bowls of chocolates (soon to be empty bowls), Twix and Kit Kat were provided in the room and topped up each day! The breakfasts were excellent. Dave and... More

Our stay at Kiln Farm Guest House was truly wonderful from the moment of arrival to our good byes. Both the owners Jan and Dave could not have done better. It was very relaxing; the only problem we could find, was leaving to come home, as we didn’t wish to go home. Our room Number Nine was a family room... More

A lovely and spotlessly clean bed and breakfast off the beaten track - very secluded and peaceful. Dave and Jan are the perfect hosts, the room was comfortably and with a great selection of teas, coffees and soaps. Breakfast was delicious and made to our individual preference to the smallest details. We felt very at home and will return -... More

We arrived at Kiln Farm Guest House (after a little difficulty locating it but a village resident pointed us in the right direction) not knowing what to expect as I'd been unable to find any reviews for it - hence this one. We were very warmly welcomed by Dave and Jan and treated to tea and home made cake in... More
