We booken in to the Copthorne as we were on a Theatre trip. It's more a conference hotel but with a room on the 5th floor the views were wonderful. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We would never class this hotel as a four star. The one lift was overused and clunky. Some of the decor was dated.
