Just back from a fantastic stay in Newcastle to go to the annual Late Shows event. What really stood out about this hotel was that the staff seemed to be a team that enjoyed their jobs and were keen to welcome their guests and give excellent service. Loved the decor of the bedroom, scrumptious bed and Aveda toiletries. Had a... More

This was a Christmas present so I went with my sister in law . Apart from the fact that they had me booked in for Monday instead of today the problem was quickly rectified and were seated without a hitch . I love the buzz of this restaurant and it was equally good for the tea . We were offered... More

Stayed at Hotel Indigo in October, not long after they opened. To cut a long story short, we were asked for feedback on our stay, so I gave a few details that were not find up to scratch. I have since returned to Newcastle and stayed at this hotel. I cannot fault our stay at all. The staff were courteous,... More

We stayed overnight whilst attending the Alicia Keys gig at the Metro Arena. We chose the hotel for its central location and my priority club membership. We were also drawn by the linked marco Pierre white restaurant. Our arrival was warmly greeted by the reception staff. Our room was clean and inviting. The furnishings including the bed were really comfy... More

This hotel is excellent. The staff on reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was immaculate with it and the ensuite being finished to a high standard. The location is excellent. I stayed here with my partner for a Newcastle game and we heard no outside noise from anybody. The only downside is that parking is available, but at... More
