rooms were dirty, night porter threatened to bill my bank card for £120, i had to cancel my bank card, turns out this was not the case, am very angry, went home early covered in flea bites, sheets had blood on and towels had human dirt on, when we left at 6am nobody was at desk front door was open. accomadation clean, staff very helpful and friendly easy access into newcastle. stayed in other hotels around newcastle but much prefer to stay at hadrians lodge due to being made to feel welcome. More

Too far out of newcastle even though it is next to the Metro.the only way to describe it was very basic, old fashioned and very dissapointing. If you expect any sort of standard dont stay here. If your not fussy then that says it all. More
