Have stayed here a couple of times, and the place is comfortable and the owner friendly. Breakfast in the morning is good and sets you up for the day. I have to travel a long distance to get to Birmingham these days, so a good night's rest is important, and this place is fine.

Single non ensuite has one of the smallest beds I have ever seen. Nothing very wrong, just very basic. Very close to suburban train station. On busy road so front facing rooms are noisy. Check out time is 10.
