Stayed here overnight while visiting my daughter. The room was comfortable although the bathroom could have been cleaner, hair in the shower. The service was very good though and I would definitely stay here again

This is a good hotel in a great location for Birmingham. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the restaurant is good, the breakfast is also good. Air con units make a lot of noise but can be turned off.

I needed a place to stay while passing through Birmingham and meeting a colleague for breakfast. I needed somewhere convenient, clean, comfortable and affordable. This place meets all those criteria and, on top of that, the staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was perfectly acceptable. I'd stay there again.
