Stayed here for two nights in October. Paid slightly extra to upgrade room and think it was well worth it. The room was nicely finished, with a very large bed and nice basic bathroom. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment but we just went to Bullring and ate there. Hotel really handy to railway station, Bullring. More

I stayed here for 2 nights mainly because the Crowne Plaza was full. The rooms are okay, showeres are a bit weak though. My main gripe is the restaurant food menue. Reception was very friendly and gave us directions to find the lift and room location. We were on the S floor which I presume stands for 'Standard' - for £50 for the night you can't really complain. Booked into this hotel via Hotel Pronto despite the Holiday Inn website saying there was no availability. Paid £66 which is quite good value for the city centre.
