Idealy situated for Alexander Stadium with good bus link to town centre. Having only stayed 1 night, would also return for longer periods. Service and hospitality excellent,rooms have every you want plus cd, radio and vidio, my only negative point would be the decor(walls stained,paint flaking), but nothing to put you off staying. Highly reommended. More

I had an average stay here earlier this year. ALthough there was nothing particularly wrong with my stay, nothing jumped out at me for being any better than OK... Wouldn't stop me staying here again, but also wouldn't stop me from going elsewhere either. More

I was on business in Birmingham from Canada and found it the perfect home away from home -in fact it was better than being at home! There was nothing I didn't want for, the service was fantastic and everthing was very clean and comfortable. Highly recomend it to everyone I know going to Birmingham. More

Melissa and Vessy both go out of thier way to make sure your every whim is catered for, minds of local information and nothing you ask seems to be a bother to them at all.
