This is a good hotel with friendly helpful staff. But the first time i used the kettle l noticed that the electric base was faulty. This was replaced with another faulty kettle so somebody isn't paying attention to detail. This was addressed efficiently by the duty manager

Stayed three nights. Hotel was clean and adequate. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Evening meal was a disaster and nearly spoilt an enjoyable stay. In the end we didn't have to pay for it.
