I have spent one night during a business trip in Birmingham. Clean and comfortable room, Internet is constant. Price reasonable. The only drawback is that check out time 09:30 am and if you wish to extend it until 12:00 you have to pay extra 50 pounds. When the whole night price was 67 pounds this is a pretty expensive extension... More

Don't be fooled by the pictures on website these are not classic rooms! Accommodation is basically an old shabby student room and for the price I paid, £78, a complete rip off. The room was tiny, the walls paper thin. I could hear every word the man in the next room said and the noise of toilets flushing in surrounding... More

In general I enjoyed my 3-night stay here but had one of the old rooms that hasn't been refurbished and it was quite a let down. The room could have been in a 2 star B&B with stained walls, simple furniture, no fridge and a a small bathroom that has seen better days. The mattress was also very hard and... More

A great find as you think it's only a business school, but good hotel with excellent breakfast. Will definitely use again. Easy walk from Birmingham New Street Railway station or Moor Street railway station. Quiet location and good facilities. Look into the great swimming pool and gym. More

We booked through Hotwire, as usual the name wasn't revealed until we had paid. We were shocked when it was revealed. The price we paid ? A mere £44 for the weekend (Fri-Sun) The Hotel/Room The hotel/rooms are located within the Conference centre. It's not clear straight away where to check in and can be a little confusing. As other... Ideal location for nights out in central Birmingham. Cheap and cheerful with a 15 minute walk to bars and clubs. Room comfortable, functional and clean. More

Secured an excellent B&B rate for my parents at this hotel, who stayed for around a week. Positive: - Modern and clean room - Some staff are really helpful (one mornign my parents missed breakfast, not being aware of its early finish on weekdays, however staff asked them what they wished to have and duly brought it to their table;... The location of this accommodation was ideal, within easy walking distance of city shopping/stations/attractions (around 10-15 minutes) but not bang in the city centre. We were lucky enough to have a top floor room which looked to have been refurbished fairly recently, clean and modern accommodation. Being on the top floor and facing out on the street, it was very... More

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars for this review. Value for money, this was excellent. Also, we were upgraded to a superior room FOC as they had run out of standard rooms. The room was modern and was only £60 when other hotels in Birmingham were much more expensive due to us booking last minute. We didn't have... More
