For the second time National Coach Holidays have brought us to the Coventry Hill under the guise this time of a Britannia select Hotel, others use the title mystery Hotel. Omg, we stayed here for 1 night and thank goodness it was only that, the place is terrible with paper peeling off the walls in the bedroom! The bed had clean sheets, and that's the only plus point!! One to avoid at all cost!

Stayed here with my daughter as a quick overnight stop. £23 for a double room. Would say the hotel is on par with a 2 star (having worked in the hotel industry myself). Quite frankly the worst Hotel I've stayed in ever and I have travelled the world. Wall paper peeling off walls, heating broken thermostat on the floor on arrival, cold tap in bathroom not working windows are suppose to be secondary glazing but the secondary missing.
