If you get the Pete Waterman Suite (when you know, you'll know), best to change rooms! The lady on reception was very friendly and nice and the room was clean and tidy but another really bad nights sleep due to the lumpy and creaky mattress, we had some friends staying next door and they had the same issue. The room... More

I stay here at least once a week as i work locally and it saves on my huge commute every day. I have tried all the local travelodges and this is the best by far. Its clean, beds are ok. All its for is somewhere to sleep. If you like over cooked food then there is a toby carvery opposite... More

This hotel is very well placed, quiet and good value. The receptionist was efficient and friendly, the room was bright and cheerful, warm and very clean bathroom. We had a good nights sleep, no noise outside or inside and the bed was one of the best in any Travelodge we've stayed in. The pub next door is good for a... More

We stayed for one night. Have stayed at many other travelodges; this one not outstanding but very good, apart from the bed that had seen better days. Lots of free parking gives this travelodge the advantage over the city centre one. More

The room was comfortable and cosy with blackout curtains and we heard very little noise . Very good value at £34.50 for a Saturday night. Morrisons and Lidl are about half a mile away on Binley Road if you need a shop and the Toby carvery shares the car park. night receptionist was a little frosty . My husband accidentally... More

Booked a hotel to attend a wedding. Mother-in-law passed away before attending, so gave their customer care team a written weeks notice of these exceptional circumstances. They did not bother replying to my request to cancel the room and refund (I did not buy their insurance, but they had plenty of time to re-allocate to another customer). Beware of this... More

We stopped here on our way to Bath. The hotel was clean and basic and a bargain for £19. Just 20 second walk to the Toby Inn, and the Sunday carvery was tremendous. Unfortunately there was no local shop to hand but there is a Tesco about 5 min drive away. More

My travelodge experiences (see reviews) have been not good. This Travelodge is behind a Toby Carvery pub in a not too brilliant area of Coventry. However the carpark is out the way and is fairly secure. Presenation is OK and the service was OK. Most important thing was the rooms and I cannot find too much wrong. Clean and comfortable... More
