This Holiday Inn is only a 10 minute drive away from the city centre of Leeds. It offers free parking for guests, aswell as pleasant rooms. Stayed here for one night. Customer service was second to none!! Very welcoming and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Ok sized rooms. Had a slight ceiling problem and was given another room with apologies.....they couldn't have apologised enough......even though it wasn't their fault. Will stay again if in the area. Some hotels could learn about customer service from this establishment!!!!! More
