“A exceptional experience”

My husband booked this hotel for a surprise shopping trip. The hotel was very friendly, great staff. The shops were only a short walk. The delux twin room was spacious, comfortable and inviting. The whole experience was wonderful. Thanks to friendly, helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

“Stay at Hotel Hilton Leeds City”

Stayed at this hotel a few times now, always for business. It is near city centre, with good restaurants nearby. Has very confortable beds. The rooms are OK and clean. The staff is sympathetic and helpful. Has an excellent breakfast.

“Great location”

Stayed at this hotel a few times now. Near city centre and usual Hilton style..excellent breakfast. Very comfy beds and cloud like pillows... room we had this time was a bit noisy from train station. but good value for rate we paid.. Be warned though very expensive bar prices!!!

Restaurant closes by 10 p.m. I have arrived at the hotel by 10 p.m. If the staff at the reception could have made some alternative arrangements, my satisfication level will be higher. Personal touch is required to improve the performance of hotel. Overall the stay is O.K in hilton hotel

I really enjoyed this hotel. We went for two nights for a romantic break and the hotel was lovely, it is centrally located and ideal. The only issue I did have was the mirrors! They are everywhere.
