Nice straightforward business hotel situated in the heart of Leeds. Great breakfast. Some of the rooms are bit downer since I was traveling with 2 other people, I got to see three rooms. Service was good but not so nice at the breakfast, nice and clean rooms. Good WIFI coverage, though a bit slow at times.

The hotel has a modern light airy lobby/bar area.The rooms are decorated to a high standard with quality furniture and fixtures.The staff are smart and courteous.The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of Leeds-perfect for the varied shopping and nightlife.
